My Story
Hi! I’m a Senior Quality Assurance Software Engineer, a technical trainer and coach, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast. I’ve spent the last 20 years working in Information Technology, with 14 of those years in Quality Assurance and 11 years focusing on automated testing. I love learning about new technologies and helping others find their way in the tech world.

Hardest & Most Meticulous!
Ralph is one of the hardest and meticulous working employees that I have managed in all my
years managing teams. He leads by example. Ralph is relentless as a team player and employee. When
it comes to his technical experience, he helped the team minimize long manual hours to just minutes.
He built the automation of validation of all our GxP systems, i.e., Quality, Quality Docs, Promotional
Materials, Learning Management Systems, he also automated validation for our SOX audited financial
systems. He worked on the integration of our LMS and our Veeva Vaults systems, this helped save the
company thousands of dollars. He has a very high level of API understanding and can integrate any two
systems.
